Bear5 - Retake is a Friday Night Funkin' oneshot fangame developed in Godot Engine.[1] by Pockolas. The fangame reimagines the joke character bear5 in a alternate universe of Five Nights at Freddy's.
Story[]
Pico and Boyfriend got stuck in an abandoned restaurant. Eventually, Pico finds Henry Emily, using Bear's costume, eating half of Boyfriend's brain, killing him. Pico laments for his death and confronts Henry, burning the restaurant in the process. It is unknown if Henry survived the fire, however, it is implicit that he killed Pico.

“A skinless human corpse was found in a burned down pizzeria. There was a blue suit covered in carbon found along with the corpse. The police department is unable to tell what caused this accident, and the identity of the victim remains unknown. A hidden room was found, and the scene was categorized as torture room as objects and a meat extractor was found inside. All the tools used by a cynical cannibal individual. The key to resolve the archived case of 5 missing children couldn't be more closer, but what door could it open?”

Henry Emily[]
“THE FOUNDER AND SINNER OF HIS OWN CREATION. THE ONE WHO LOVED THE JOY OF TAKING AND GIVING LIFE.”
― Extras: Henry Emily - The Red Cannibal
Henry Emily is a cannibal criminal and the founder of the Bear5 band alongside its main restaurant. He is the murderer of the 5 Missing Children case, and is the main opponent of Deathwish.
Appearance[]
Henry uses Bear's costume, which is an animatronic blue bear and the leader of the Bear5 band as a disguise with blood splattered all over its blue skin. Nearing the end of Deathwish, Henry reveals himself as a skinless humanoid corpse with a beating heart, no nose, yellow eyes and teeth, and a large unsettling smile.
He has an unused design showing him as Bear5 in the pixel arcade style, holding a black knife.
Trivia[]
- Henry's icon in the final phase of Deathwish is one of the only icons to have arrow animations.
- The first being EXE's true form in EXEmerge.
- During the second section of Deathwish, every pose of Henry is a reference to a variant character of Freddy Fazbear.
- The Up Pose is a reference to Funtime Freddy from Sister Location.[2]
- The Left Pose is a reference to Nightmare Fredbear from Five Nights at Freddy's 4.
- The Right Pose is a reference to Toy Freddy from Five Nights at Freddy's 2.
- The Down Pose is a reference to Freddy Fazbear from FNaF World.
- Henry's appearance was the result of Michael modifying the Bear5 suit to springlock him, though he was able to leave the suit after his death, it took multiple attempts to free his skin from the suit.

Pico[]
“You can bite my bullets, fucker.”
― Pico to Henry Emily, Pre-Deathwish dialogue
Pico is the playable character of Deathwish who found himself and BF inside an abandoned restaurant, leaving him and the blue bear with a knife who killed his friend.
Appearance[]
Pico appears mostly the same as he is but notably he doesn't have his uzis with him, and instead his hands are tucked into his brown pant pockets. He's also pretty bothered at Bear5 and the fact that he killed Boyfriend.

Trivia[]
- Bear5 - Retake is the second Friday Night Funkin' fangame developed in Godot Engine. The first is Gorefield: End of Abuse.
- Both fangames were directed by Pockolas.
- This mod is currently the third known mod to have a characters icon change for each of their poses, the first being God Z in Friday Night Funkin' D-Sides and the second being EXE in EXEmerge.
- In the concepts, it is explained how there was gonna be a section that was like the minigames in FNaF, but it got scrapped.
- Also in the concepts and in the files, it is shown that there was some work done for it, as we see an image of Springbonnie (It could be William Afton being Springlocked however,) in the style. And there are also unused sprite for Bear 5 and Pico in the minigame style.
