Vs. FNAF 2 (originally known as Vs. Withered Freddy) is a mod created by Pouria_SFMs, with the help of Beythunder92YT, Totally-Not-Genji, Thunder92YT, TurboGames and JOLTTEAM Official. It serves as a prequel to Pouria_SFM's VS. FNAF 1.
Story[]
One dark night, BF and GF were wandering the street when they see the newly re-opened Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. GF convinces BF to go get something to eat there, but they foolishly forget something: the Pizzeria is closed at midnight. The two break in, but unfortunately, they run into the animatronics there...

RWQFSFASXC, otherwise known as RXQ or Shadow Bonnie, is one of the two mysterious shadow animatronics first introduced in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. He appears as a secondary opponent in Hop to It, Eternal Playdate and Enigma and a primary opponent in his Freeplay song Shadows.
Appearance[]
Shadow Bonnie takes the form of a pitch-black version of Toy Bonnie, who is an animatronic meant to resemble an anthropomorphic rabbit. The only features visible on his face are his white eyes and a full row of glowing white teeth. He is usually seen floating near Toy Bonnie in Week T and Week Finale and is seen floating next to Shadow Freddy in Enigma.
During Shadows, Shadow Bonnie is seen standing in the office facing the player. Near the end of the sound, the outer edges of his body glow red and his eyes are completely absent. In the old version of the song from Vs. Withered Freddy, his appearance used to take a more pixelated form as a dark purple anthropomorphic rabbit with black eyes and white pupils.

Toy Chica is one of the toy animatronics in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. She appears an opponent in Pecking Order and Eternal Playdate.
Appearance[]
Toy Chica takes the appearance of a stereotypical feminine character. She is a yellow animatronic chicken with an orange beak, thin black eyebrows, blue eyes, purple eyelids, long eyelashes, and orange feet. She has a few stray "feathers" that stick out from the top of her head. She has blushed cheeks, like the other toy animatronics, though hers are pink rather than red. She is seen holding her signature cupcake with her left hand.
After her beak is ripped off by Balloon Boy in the middle of Pecking Order, a mouth full of metal endoskeleton teeth is revealed and her eyes are replaced with two pinpricks of white pupils and black eyelids. Furthermore, she is missing her cupcake.

Mangle[]

Mangle is one of the toy animatronics in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. He appears as an opponent in her song Cerberus as well as Eternal Playdate and as a secondary opponent in Challeng-Fredd.

Mangle was supposed to be an animatronic resembling a fox. Due to extensive damage, there's not a lot of his original design left, leaving the majority of her body as a mess of endoskeleton parts. From what can be seen, Mangle's "fur" is white with pink highlights, yellow eyes, pink eyelids with small eyelashes, a pink bowtie, red lipstick and the same red blush as the other toys. He also has an extra endoskeleton head with one yellow eye, three legs with pink nail polish and a ball-like tail. When he gets closer to Boyfriend in Cerberus, her eyes become black with white pupils.

Freddy Fazbear, more commonly known as Withered Freddy in this mod, is one of the withered animatronics that appear in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. He appears as an opponent in Fallen Star, Your Old Friends, Welcome and Nightshift.

Withered Freddy is an animatronic made to resemble an anthropomorphic bear. He has brown fur, thin black eyebrows, pale blue eyes that glow in the dark, and wears a black top hat, bowtie and two buttons. He holds a microphone in his right hand. Withered Freddy is noticeably damaged, with many rips and holes into his costume revealing the metal endoskeleton inside, and visible wiring exposed in his left knee and arm.
In Welcome, he still looks the same, but is mimicking Markus by slouching and having his right hand on his hip, and with one of his eyebrows raised. In his down pose, his arms twist around his body, with his right arm being at the bottom, and his right arm on the top. Withered Freddy's head also gets a lot bigger with a wide open jaw and white eyes. In his up pose, he bends his arms horizontally and somehow loses his teeth and has red eyes.

Withered Bonnie is a dirty, dry blue, with a lighter blue on his ears and torso. His face is missing, leaving a dark gap with wires dangling all over. His endoskeleton face and red/white pupils are scarcely visible. He has round, thin teeth on his bottom jaw. He wears a dark red bowtie and two small black buttons on his chest. He has holes tattering his limbs, the suit on his left foot and right hand completely gone, exposing the metal beneath. His left arm is completely missing below the shoulder pad as his wires pour out from its socket. He seems to be permanently leaning to one side and his right ear is usually folded forward.

Withered Chica is a dirty yellow animatronic chicken with an orange beak and orange feet with white nails. She has pinkish purple eyes, four feathers on the top of her head, a popped-open jaw with an endoskeleton mouth clearly visible among a mess of wires and few bars hold said jaw in place. Her arms and legs are tattered with various holes. She wears a dusty bib reading "Let's Eat!!!" with confetti sprinkled on it. Both of her hands are missing, with wires pouring out in their place as her arms appear to be stuck in a T-pose position.

Withered Foxy is an animatronic fox with a triangular snout, a small black nose, a few stray hairs on top of his head and a thin oval shaped ear. His left ear is missing fabric, along with a chunk of fabric along the side of his head, revealing his endoskeleton. He has yellow eyes, a black eyepatch covering his right eye and thin, sharp teeth along his top and bottom jaw. Parts of his body are tattered with various holes, with his torso being tattered the most above the waist. His suit is completely missing on his left hand and beneath his knees, exposing his endoskeleton. His right hand is replaced by a sharp hook. He has the remains of brown pants/shorts on his hips and thighs, the suit torn away just above the knees.

The Puppet is a reoccurring character in the Five Nights at Freddy's series. They appear as a playable character in Golden Vengeance and as an opponent in Flashing Lights.
Appearance[]
The Puppet is a lanky animatronic with a black body, with arms and legs covered in white stripes. Their face is akin to a white mask with red, rosy cheeks, red lipstick, white pupils and purple tears streaming down their face. Three small, white buttons are on their chest. During the flashback segment of Golden Vengeance, their face lacks purple tears and their eyes have green pupils. In Flashing Lights, they are seen inside a blue and purple box.

Golden Freddy[]
Golden Freddy is a mysterious, ghost-like entity who takes on the form of a yellow animatronic bear. He is the main opponent in Golden Vengeance.
Appearance[]
Golden Freddy takes a form mimicking Withered Freddy's appearance as a unique model of his own. He appears to be in a decrepit state, much like the other withered animatronics, with a missing left ear, and a good deal of damage with loose wires and exposed parts. Also, similar to the other withered animatronics, he now has upper teeth, wires are coming out of his empty sockets and shoulders, and small bits of the suit are faded and ripped. When sitting, he seems to be more visibly clutching his microphone rather than having it lay on his palm. When floating, his eyes glow white pupils and his eyebrows slant into an angry expression.

Balloon Boy is one of the toy animatronics introduced in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. While he appears occasionally in Pecking Order and Challeng-Fredd, he is an opponent in his Freeplay song Helium.

Balloon Boy is an animatronic humanoid with blue eyes, fair "skin" and brown hair. He has orange blush, nose, and eyelids, and has a mouth full of plastic teeth. He wears a red and blue striped shirt and propeller cap, with the propeller itself being orange, two black buttons on his chest, blue pants and brown shoes. In Helium, he carries a white sign saying "Balloons" in his left hand, and a red and yellow striped balloon in his right.

Splinks Freddy is the opponent of his Freeplay song Freddy Fartbear. Based on some of the oldest models available for Source Filmmaker, created by Splinks, this version of Freddy challenges Boyfriend on his old stage.

Splinks Freddy is a custom-made model of Freddy Fazbear and one of the oldest to exist, used a lot in SFM. He is distinct from the base model thanks to his face being slightly sized differently as well as having a textureless gray endoskeleton seen under his shell. In the mod, he moves in a jarring and disjointed manner.

Shadow Freddy[]
“SHADOW FREDDY”

Shadow Freddy is a mysterious entity that originated as an easter egg in Five Nights at Freddy’s 2. In this mod, he appears as an opponent in his Freeplay song, Enigma.
Appearance[]
Shadow Freddy looks very similar to Withered Golden Freddy, but with a distinct dark purple color and glowing eyes and teeth. Much like RWQFSFASXC, His body is glitchy with different joints and body parts twitching or detaching. This is proven when he starts to appear in his song, Enigma. When stating the song's name, his eyes dilate and cover his eye sockets.

Gameplay Mechanics[]
Vs. FNAF 2[]
- Distractions: During Helium, parts of the player's side of the screen will be blocked by either balloons, JJ, or a "Balloons" sign she's holding. These will eventually stack on each other as the song goes on.
- Endo Head Notes: During Challeng-Fredd, notes of Mangle's other head will be launched at only the player's up note. These operate the same as the missile notes from Challeng-EDD, which are signaled by a crosshair before the notes themselves travel at a faster speed. Missing these will result in an insta-kill.
- Bouncing Note Patterns: During certain parts of Shadows, notes will move at an altered speed, shooting forward followed by a brief bounce back. This is synced to the song's beat.
Vs. Withered Freddy (Full Week)[]
- During Flashing Lights Balloon Boy will cover a part of the player's screen, using his Balloons, his sign and his face, similarly to Tricky's sign during Expurgation or the Bendy cutouts during Last Reel from Indie Cross.
- During the same song on the player's side will appear Danger sign notes. If pressed, they will damage the Music Box.
- Also, in the same song, the player will need to keep up winding the Music Box, the which will slowly but surely unwind. If the Music Box bar decreases entirely, the player will be killed, which is a direct throwback to the Puppet's mechanic in the original FNAF 2.
- If the Music Box breaks, the player has to click on the Charge notes to fix it.
- During Shadows the game will take on its usual 2D look.
- During the same song the background will switch rapidly between other Minigames backgrounds from FNaF 3.
- During the same song as before on the player side's Remnant notes will appear. Just like in FNaF AR, if pressed, they will accumulate on your screen making it darker and darker. If it gets too dark, the player will be killed.
- Still, in the same song, the screen will automatically become more purple, and RWQFSFASXC will switch from 2D to 3D.
- During every song the player will be jumpscared if they lose. Based on which animatronic killed them, a different song will play. For example, Pop Goes the Weasel will play if The Puppet kills the player.
Secret Code[]
On the Gamebanana page for Vs. Withered Freddy, a binary code is present.

(We see various shots of the new Freddy Fazbear's Pizza from FNaF 2, including rooms such as the empty Show Stage, the Office, the Game Area and finally the main entrance. The sliding door opens as BF and GF peek inside, exchanging a glance. BF walks up to the counter as GF waits in the corner and pulls himself up, only to see the empty Kitchen. He turns back to GF and shrugs, but she points to the next room. The two walk into the main room and stare at the empty Show Stage, but suddenly Toy Freddy's shadow appears over them. The camera pans to show Toy Freedy behind them, who opens his mouth as a loud droning sound plays. BF is startled by the noise and swiftly turns, only to find Toy Freddy as his normal self.)
Toy Freddy: Am I invited to this party?
(BF stares, bewildered, but then gives a thumbs up.)
Boyfriend: beep
(BF holds his microphone up, offering a rap battle. Toy Freddy looks down at his own microphone.)
Toy Freddy: Time for one of my...
(As Toy Freddy says this, he sees GF sitting on her speakers, which came out of nowhere. He stares at her for a moment, confused.)

(Annoyed he lost, Toy Bonnie buries his face in his hand. Toy Chica, who's been watching the prior two songs, lets out a laugh.)

Cerberus[]
(The sound of a jumpscare is heard offscreen as Boyfriend suddenly runs into Kids Cove, slamming the door behind him. The room is pitch black, so Boyfriend turns on a flashlight and looks around the room. The light passes by part of Mangle, who then disappears entirely. Boyfriend starts searching around the room before focusing the light on one corner of the ceiling as Mangle's garbled audio starts filling the room.)
Fallen Star[]
(Boyfriend runs out of Kids Cove and slams the door behind him, only to find Toy Chica, still hostile from losing her beak during Pecking Order. Another jumpscare is heard behind him as Boyfriend runs into Parts and Services and slams the door behind him, sitting down afterwards to catch his breath. He then hears chuckling, as Withered Freddy opens his eyes and glares at Boyfriend. The room goes dark as Withered Freddy's white pupils flash.)
Faceless[]
(Due to the events of Fallen Star, Boyfriend and Withered Freddy are now in the main office. Withered Freddy slaps the desk fan away before screaming at Boyfriend. Boyfriend puts on a nearby Freddy mask, which causes Freddy to stop. After a few seconds, Freddy is convinced and walks away. Boyfriend takes off the mask to catch his breath and looks around the office. The hallway in front of him is dark, but a pair of white pupils are looking directly at him, accompanied with laughter. Panicking, BF notices the vents next to him and climbs into one. He then finds himself in a party room, where Withered Bonnie is standing inactive.)
Broken Jaws[]
(Boyfriend opens the door to another room, where Withered Chica is sitting inactive on the floor. BF goes over to examine, lightly tapping Chica's head with his mic. The door suddenly closes, and as BF turns in response, Withered Chica's eyes light up as her head slowly turns to face him.)
Pirate's Curse[]
(Withered Chica stares at Boyfriend for a few seconds before powering off and falling to the door. A brief chuckle is heard in a different part of the room, and when BF rounds a corner to look, he sees Withered Foxy, sharpened hook in arm.)
Eternal Playdate[]
(Boyfriend is being chased by Withered Foxy, but he manages to escape him by rounding a corner and hiding, before running off in a different direction as Foxy gets irritated from losing BF. When BF stops running, he finds himself back in the dining area, which is mostly dark. He can hear footsteps approaching him, and a pair of white pupils suddenly appear. They disappear for a second before Toy Freddy suddenly emerges from the darkness.)

(Boyfriend turns around to see the Puppet behind him. The Puppet stares at BF for a few seconds before turning away and disappearing into the darkness. BF gives a confused thumbs up and looks around the room he's in, eventually realizing that Withered Bonnie's already there.)

(In complete darkness, Golden Freddy is violently twitching. As the camera closes in, three very brief jumpscares of him appear. There's then a brief flash of light as Golden Freddy then appears in the room Boyfriend's in, his pupils white with life.)
