The Blank Flanks, officially known as Nightmares or Bone Fiends in the game's level editor, are the villagers encountered in the horror flash game Story of the Blanks. Originally a quiet town in the middle of the forest, the inhabitants of the town killed Ruby for obtaining her cutie mark, and as punishment for the blood on their hands, are cursed into a never ending cycle of some kind, and are more than eager to turn Apple Bloom into one of them if she can't find her way out.
The ones found in this mod are Three Leaf, Gladstone, and Mitta. An unnamed fourth one joins in during the finale, though it's unknown if it's Roneo, Scarlet, or some other villager.

Ruby is a pony first introduced in the horror fan-game Story of the Blanks. First encountered when Apple Bloom wanders through the woods, her remains are found in a fireplace at the edge of town, killed after obtaining her cutie mark. Once the town turns on Apple Bloom to prevent her from leaving, Ruby steps in, attempting to guide the young filly back to safety.

Apple Bloom[]
Apple Bloom is a major character in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and the protagonist of Story of the Blanks. She's the younger sister of Applejack. In the former, she's part of a group called the "Cutie Mark Crusaders", consisting of her two friends, a pegasus named Scootaloo and a unicorn named Sweetie Belle, who are all trying to figure out their calling in life as they engage in activites together. In the latter, she wanders into the woods and comes across "Sunny Town", where at first she explores the town in awe, but eventually discovers its dark secret and now has to run for her life before the townsponies make her stay forever.
She appears as part of the audience in "Smile" and "Fun", and serves as the player character of the DLC songs "Looking Glass" and "Babs Sneed".

Babs Seed is a character from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic introduced in Season 3. She's a cousin of Applejack and Apple Bloom from Manehattan who visits them in the episode "One Bad Apple". Like Apple Bloom, Babs has yet to get her cutie mark and is self-conscious about it, which leads to her joining local bullies Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon in bullying Apple Bloom and her friends over being blank flanks so as to avoid getting bullied herself. She's a pegasus filly that can't fly due to being all but stated to be born with a disability, loving to ride on a scooter and do stunts, and is one of the three members of the "Cutie Mark Crusaders", a group consisting of her and her friends, an earth pony named Apple Bloom and a unicorn named Sweetie Belle, who are all trying to figure out their calling in life as they engage in activites together. She also looks up to Rainbow Dash, who she views as a big sister figure.

- Bbpanzu also stated that he made this mod as a test to see which of his fans were truly loyal to him.
- Pinkie's icon being bright yellow may be a nod to her spiritual design predecessor, Surprise.
- Despite the mod taking place in a Season 1 re-run of the show as stated by Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle immediately recognizes Discord when he appears despite him debuting in Season 2.
- Interacting with Trixie in the main menu changes Boyfriend and Girlfriend into ponies. Aside from a few dialouge changes, this lets you see the True Ending after beating the main week.
