Fruit Medley is a pop idol group designed by Cinnamatsu. It is comprised of three characters, Mel, Bana and Peri. They appear as the opponents in the mod Fruit Medley Mayhem, in which they challenge the Boyfriend in the hopes of proving their worth to their idol, Mommy Mearest.

Mel is a tall woman with short light green hair and a green stem coming out of her head, with her overall design being reminiscent of a melon. She wears white opera gloves, dark green heels and a long green dress with a dark green stripe on the bottom, waist ring and collar with a gold net holding the chest area.

Bana is a feminine boy with dark skin and yellow hair with green tips tied in two spiky pigtails with brown hairties. He wears a pair of green headphones with orange ear cups, brown fingerless gloves, yellow shoulder pads shaped like bananas, a yellow tank top with green edges and a banana drawn on it with an orange outline, a pair of shorts with the same colors and a pair of yellow shoes with green socks.

Peri is a girl with long, spiky pink hair with bangs that cover her right eye. She wears a red beret that's obviously styled after a strawberry, brown fingerless gloves, a red top with a green edge, red baggy pants with green lines, a brown belt with a red strawberry-shaped diamond buckle, and brown shoes with dark red soles.

- Mel's down pose is similar to that of Pompom's normal down pose.
- Mel and Bana are implied to be in a relationship, as he calls for her to comfort him after his loss against the Boyfriend, and they are holding hands in the mod's menu background.
- All three song's charts are identical on all three difficulties, with the only difference being the scroll speed.
- The ending of the dialogue before Sengana is a direct reference to the confrontation between DIO and Jotaro Kujo in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders.
- Peri's mugshot during this dialogue is rendered in a more realistic art style, also referencing JoJo in the form of one of Jotaro's most iconic poses
- It is confirmed that Peri has 100 percented Hating Simulator.
- Cinnamatsu, the mod's creator, has also posted remixes of existing tracks on their Youtube channel.
- These tracks include Guns (Peri version), Honeydew but it's more lo-fi, and Expurgation (Mel Remix).
