A Nonsensical Friday Night (Also known as Vs. Nonsense) is a mod created by NonsenseNH and stars Nonsense...a guy. Boyfriend and Girlfriend broke into his house on a Sunny Day and now he must rap battle Boyfriend or else he'll shot him (and do Fortnite dances which is what we want to avoid). The mod has 4 weeks and multiple endings depending on your accuracy.

Gameplay Mechanics
- Baby Mode: Baby Mode is a special difficulty that leaves a tiny quarter of the vocals on the songs and removes every cutscene in the week (excluding the first one) and adds a new one at the end of "Context", saying that the player isn't ready for "Nonsense", taking the player back to the week select screen. but did get removed in the latest version (since you now have the nonsense difficulty)
- Animated Cutscenes: Based on the player's accuracy in this mod, they can get "good" or "bad" animated cutscenes during/after songs.
- To get good cutscenes, the player's accuracy must be 75% or above. In the PS5 version, this is changed to 69% or above.
- To get bad cutscenes, the player's accuracy must be below 75%. Cutscenes where Nonsense will insult the player/Boyfriend will play if this happens. In the PS5 version, this is changed to below 69%.
- Endings: During "Nonsense" the player will have to press one note in order to kill Nonsense and get the good ending. If the player misses the only note, Nonsense will kill Boyfriend by firing his lazar at him, achieving the bad ending.
- If Ghost Tapping is deactivated and the player misses on purpose, it will still count.
- Anti Full Combo: If you get a FC at the end of every song, Nonsense will shoot Boyfriend, adding 1 miss that will break your FC.
- Health Drain: During "Nonsense", "Nonsensical", and "Newsensical", Nonsense will drain the player's health for every note he hits, except when under the effects of a stun note.
- Stun/Hurt Notes: During "Newsensical", glowing yellow notes will appear that will freeze your HP for a while if you hit one, temporarily making you unable to gain HP from hitting notes. Similarly, Psych Engine hurt notes will appear during MadBear's angry part in "The Dev Song".
- Crash Notes: During CanadianGoose's part in the "The Dev Song", black and red notes will appear that, when hit, will instakill you, crash the game, and/or open this video on your browser.
- "Trust Test": Just like in the original version of "Wacky" from the VS The Rascals mod, the notes will completely disappear at one portion. You will have to guess which note to hit since the notes are different.
