Olivia is King Olly's sister and a character created by Nintendo, and modded in by Ninkey. After Girlfriend becomes origami, thanks to King Olly, Boyfriend meets up with Olivia in the Scorching Sandpaper Desert to help cure her! Will they help her, or die trying?

In her basic form, Olivia is a yellow origami figure wearing a yellow crown, yellow robe and brown shoes. She has black eyes, fair skin and yellow hair. Olivia's traits include her folded crown and hair, her yellow robe, and her spiky limbs.

- The song My Heart's a-Burning is a reference to the song Olivia sings in Paper Mario: The Origami King.
- Olivia helps Super Mario in the game "Paper Mario And The Origami King" to retrieve peace to the kingdom.
- ROKI isn't a song from Origami King, and is instead a Vocaloid song, made by Mikito-P, and Rocoru. This song has entered the Vocaloid Hall of Fame and exceeded over 50 million YouTube views. It is Mikito-P's most notable song.
- While there are actual lyrics in "My Heart's A Burnin", according to the game, the song is mostly gibberish.
- In the Japanese version of Origami King, Olivia tends to finish her sentences with "ですわ" (desu wa), a stereotypical speech pattern often used by princesses, noblewomen and arrogant women in Japanese media, similar to how Princess Peach talks in Itadaki Street DS and Fortune Street.
