- This is the V.S 8-BitRyan mod made by Yoshifan33, Xupix, ZenusPurity_ and Robotic Press, not to be confused with 8-BitRyan.
Appearance[]
8-BitRyan appears to be a male adult, who has blond hair, black eyes (in this mod) or light brown eyes (in real life), and wears light grey earrings. He wears a grey hoodie with his golden 3M shirt merch. He also wears navy blue trousers, with red and white shoes. He holds a microphone in his left hand.
Story[]
It's another day of recording for 8-BitRyan... or is it? A mysterious (read: plot convenience) portal has opened directly from the world of Friday Night Funkin' into Ryan's office! Since Boyfriend and Girlfriend aren't in much of a rush to get back to her father, and mods are only getting tougher, why not take some time to help prep Ryan for the future, and keep those fingers in top shape?
Trivia[]
- Garcello is in the background in the entire week, only seen on the poster.
- Whitty is also in the background in the entire week, which can also be seen on the poster.
- The background of the week is 8-BitRyan's gaming room.
- The third and final song of 8-BitRyan's week, "The-Next-Video", is a cover of 8-BitRyan's original outro music, and the song name is a reference to 8-BitRyan's slogan.
- 8-BitRyan's vocals change in "The Next Video", this is because "Beatdown Bop", and "Kingin' It" were originally just made as a little message to 8-BitRyan, on his reddit, except boyfriend's vocals weren't in it.
- 8-BitRyan, (in this mod), appears to be the 8th week's character. This isn't canon to the actual game.
- 8-BitRyan's sexuality is unknown. While he is dating fellow Youtuber Crofteria, it is yet to be confirmed if he's straight or LGBT.
- 8-BitRyan, much like Garcello, has a coughing animation. However, unlike Garcello, whenever 8-BitRyan coughs, it is not charted in to the song.
Game Mechanics[]
- During "The Next video", the notes and scroll arrows will fade in and out, making it a bit more harder to play. Just as the drop is about to hit, the notes and scroll arrows will stop fading, and both the player's and Ryan's notes and scroll arrows will start slowly waving from left to right, similar to that of Zardy. Then, whoever is playing the notes, their scroll arrows will appear in the middle of the screen, and when a note is hit, the scroll arrows will move a little bit to where the note was pointing. After that, there will still be one set of scroll arrows on the screen, except this time, they're waving from left to right on the screen. Lastly, both Ryan's and the players notes will be waving across the screen, from left to right, and will also have the fading effect, which makes it extremely hard to focus.
- During "Beatdown Bop", Ryan will every now and then say something like: "You, you're in trouble now." Or, he might cough. Both of these have an animation.
- During "Kingin' It", Ryan will every now and then cough. This also has an animation.
- During "The Next Video", Ryan, (before the drop), will say: "See you in the next one.", This has an animation and is also Ryan's catchphrase before he ends a video.
