This mod is on the golden throne! It has more than 1,000,000 views on its download page and can be considered one of the best and most remembered mods in the Friday Night Funkin' community!
Reason: The mod has 2 million views on GameBanana, and Sky alone sparked numerous different redesigns and fan mods based off of her!

Mod!Sky (Usually refered to as just Sky) is a 19-year-old woman and is main the antagonist of VS Sky by bbpanzu. She is a fangirl of Boyfriend and wants to take Boyfriend as her own girlfriend, despite the fact BF already has Girlfriend as a girlfriend. Her Week includes three songs: Wife Forever, Sky and Manifest. This mod has been through quite a lot due to misinterpretations of Mod!Sky and general confusion about how she worked in her early variations.
Eventually Mod!Sky turned out to be an inaccurate interpretation of the OG Sky's personality, as Sky actually hated BF and GF and specifically wanted to ruin their relationship. After Sky transferring owners constantly, this eventually ended up with the creation of the two main sky variations, Mod!Sky and O!Sky, who are canonically siblings.
Plot
After Sky uses a "Shift" she ends up in the FNF universe, and after some tinkering, manages to trap Boyfriend and Girlfriend in a white void with her. She seems intensely committed to making the blue haired rapper her own and shows her emotions with a song. After realizing Boyfriend already has a girlfriend and is uninterested in Sky, she gets irritated and attempts to convince him through another song. Upon failing, she decides to force BF to be with her by getting rid of Girlfriend. Sky transforms into her Manifest form and crucifixes Girlfriend, who is unphased and proceeds to taunt and egg on Sky further, resulting in a final clash between BF and Sky.
Appearance
Sky appears as a human with fair skin, magenta eyes and long sky-blue hair. She wears a white t-shirt with a red checkmark contrasting BF's crossed out circle, a blue jean skirt and black boots. She also has a red blush that is visible on her cheeks until she gets annoyed or mad.
During Manifest, her demonic form is much more threatening, changing her appearance upon transforming. Her hair is changed to dark gray, her skin is now bluish gray with black arms and sharp claws, her eyes constantly glow red, and her mouth is not visible, with the exception of her singing poses revealing its sharp teeth. However, her clothes remain unchanged.

- Sky was originally based on a TikTok fangirl account under the alias of bfswifeforever, who is now known as Micheal.
- VS Sky was one of the first mods to include alt animations that occur mid song, along with animated dialogue portraits.
- Sky's reality shifting abilities and manifestations are based on how users on TikTok claim they can shift to other realities or manifest their desires into reality.
- Manifest's background uses "default.json" in the "manifest" folder.
- VS Sky was one of the first mods to include multiple endings based on performance.
- It was originally believed panzu made this mod to mock the community's usage of Senpai-Syndrome (Happy, to Mad/Sad, to Demon storyline) however the mod was actually made to make fun of stereotypical sans fangirl trolls from 2016, which is referenced with the Peanut BF ending.
- panzu originally took down the mod due to confusing nature of Sky as a character resulting in NSFW art being made of her, being unhealthy for her owner to see along with the death threats that resulted because of it.
- This version of Mod!Sky is not accurate to the original version of her made by Micheal, nor her current version owned by Alex and Dawn. This is mentioned in the mod's Description.
- Girlfriend being crucified on a wooden plank during Manifest is a reference to this video, which was one of the first videos that was uploaded to the original TikTok account.
- A few of the videos under bfswifeforever's account seem to indicate that Sky originally had darker skin and beige hair[1][2]
- Sky's vocals in Sky and Manifest are actually Sunday's vocals. This was a due to a mistake.[3]
- There's a slight chance that the ending of the mod will be replaced by an image of "Peanut BF". This is a reference to another one of the videos on the original TikTok account and is based off of Peanut Sans.
- Sky's neck in her dialogue portrait before Manifest is peach colored, while her neck during Manifest itself is bluish-gray. This is most likely an error.
- The outline of Sky's hair seems to clip into her skirt during her down pose in her eponymous song. This applies to both her anxious and angry versions of the animation.
- Starting on April 26, 2021, the original mod was taken off of GameBanana in order to protect her creator.[4]
- Sky as a character was also banned, leading to various fan mods being taken down for the same reason.[5][6]
- The ban on Sky was removed on April 8, 2022, the mod's 1 year anniversary, alongside the releases of NuSky + Skyverse (a mod focused on NuSky, the version of the character made by Sky's owner at the time) and Sky Remanifested (A collection of songs featuring various renditions of Sky, as well as containing a fan revamp of the original mod). The next day, the original mod was put back on GameBanana.[7]
- From May 8, 2021, to March 3, 2022, Sky's page on this wiki was removed and replaced with a message from the staff, as per the request of the mod's creator bbpanzu.[8]
- Sky's mod seems to take a bit of influence from anime, with the symbols that appear around her during her eponymous song being commonly used iconography in anime, and her voice clips during said song allegedly coming from various anime girl sounds.

- In Vs. Baby Blue Brother, Sky can be seen in the background in the window during Baby Blue.
- In The Date Week, Sky can be seen in the mural during the End Credits.
- In The Weeg Mod, Sky can be seen in the background of Week A.
Gameplay Mechanic
Multiple Endings - There are multiple endings that player can unlock, depending on their scored performance in Manifest.
- In the good ending, Sky is defeated, and the two lovers escape the white void and head home to Wendy's, leaving Sky behind.
- In the bad ending, Girlfriend succumbs to her injuries caused by the crucifixion, with Boyfriend being forced to live with Sky and his now dead Girlfriend.
