Vs. Sly is a mod created by SamTheSly, it originated from an Inside Joke about turning his OC into a Full week mod. There are several versions of the mod that can be downloaded Including the Legacy version, V1.5, Remastered, and the Upcoming Vs. Sly 2 Mod.

Sly is a fan of Boyfriend. After meeting him in the mall, they have a rap battle and attract a crowd. But after losing to Boyfriend too many times, things start to go south...“Nobody has dissed my haircut and lived to tell the tale.”

Appearance[]
Sly is a light-skinned young man with big, spiky purple hair. He wears a red hoodie that is black on the inside of the hood, with two black and white laces. He also wears gray pants and green shoes with white soles.
In Quake, Demise, Untitled, and the Quake Remix, his hair becomes static and changes color depending on which note he hits.
Trivia[]
- An entire thread of the origins of Sly can be found on SamTheSly's Twitter.
- Sly starred in an RPG Maker game called "SamTheSly RPG", which was thought to be lost media, until Sam got a hold of an old mediafire link.
- Sly was also going to be the protagonist of another RPG Maker game called "Nightmares Reality: The Game" but the game was never completed.
- Resonance is available in both versions of the mod.
- Reality and the Dreamatch finale, Nightmare, are a subtle nod to Nightmares Reality: The Game.
- Nightmare Sly has potassium deficiency.
- Sly can be seen in the background of the Yo Mama video "Brody Foxx vs Matt" behind Matt.
- If Nightmare Sly gets too angry, he splits into two, which is how Torment Sly is created.

- One of them is the song Busted where Sly sings against Blackjack from the VS. Blackjack: The Stakes Are High mod.

Dumb Sly is Sly, but shrunk down with more simplified clothing, being just solid gray pants and a solid red shirt. His hands are red balls that are seemingly apart of his shirt and his eyes are widely stretched.

- Dumb Sly was originally revealed to the public on April Fools in a fake release date video, where he gets hit by a car and blown up.
- Dumb Sly is, as their name states, dumb.

Minus Sly is a minus version of Sly in Vs. Sly 2 that first appeared in the Demo. He has one song in the mod, which is a remix of Rematch.

Minus Sly is a minus version of Sly where he has a gooey purple head and hair, which often drips. He also wears the classic gray pants and green shoes that normal Sly wears. Instead of a red hoodie, he wears a light green shirt with a purple jacket overtop.

- Minus Sly's sprites were originally made for a fanmade sly mod called "Into the Slyverse", but the sprite artist also gave permission for the sprites to be used here.

Torment Sly is a version of Sly in Vs. Sly 2 that first appeared in the Demo. His song is called Torment.

Torment Sly appears almost identical to Sly in the song Nightmare, but he has much larger hair, a more sinister smile, and small red eyes.

- Torment Sly was originally going to be revealed at FunkDirect, but the direct forgot to include the trailer, so it got posted as a standalone teaser.
- Torment Sly's entire concept is based off of Nightmare Sly being cranked to the extreme with horror elements.
