EddsworldLogo — The show's current title design. (Taken from Surf & Turf Wars pt. 1

EddsworldMainCharacters — The main characters of Eddsworld before Tord's deprture from the show (Taken from the Newgrounds release of Spares)

Eddsworld is a refering british series made by Edd Gould, with a list of series of animations, comics, and games by the same individual. That started from Newgrounds, and later spread over on YouTuber and Twitter, alongside a online website with comics of the series. It started in June 6, 2003, and later continuing post-The End since then. The collections of animations follows up Edd, Tom, and Matt (Alongside Tord for the old eras) living in random and nonsense adventures. The series follows by three eras, being "Classic", "Legacy", and "Beyond", with the last era now being running by Edd's family and Matt Hargreaves, after took over Eddsworld duties from Thomas "TomSka" Ridgewell.

The series is pretty much very memorable by fans, with having a huge community, alongside varies fan-made animations, shorts, and films. With even fan-made comics and fan-games, the series is also popular on Newgrounds due to, not only origin, also by legacy recived from the series.

EddandtheGanggetsUnload-EDD — The scene which the cover is based on.

Unload-EDD is a reference to Spares, where The Evil Director creates a bunch of clones in order to make money from his movie, but the clones leave after the movie ends and eventually get killed by Edd and the gang after the clones take all of Edd's cola cans.

Challeng-EDD (NeighBORES Mix), is a reference to Hammer & Fail (Part 1, Rival Builders), which is a 2-part animated series created by Edd Gould between 2010-2011 from the Classic era of the series. With the part 1 being released on September 10, 2010, while part 2 in July 23, 2011. The episode consistently follows Edd, Tom, and Matt buying the second floor for Matt, due to his room being full of his junk. It started as trio trying to building the second floor, but later buying it in Insta-Roof shop. However, not everying goes good, as later the "second floor" itself was fill up with a mysterious figure, that attacks Matt during the night.

The series, not only becaming classic between the community, but also is one of the famous animated series that was released by Edd Gould. This is also was the first introduction of Eduardo, Jon and Mark, the rivals from Edd's friends and neithboards from the same sport.

SuperEddVSNumeroUno — The scene which the cover is based on.

Chaos is a reference to PowerEdd, where both Edd and Eduardo get superpowers from the latter's Nuclear Satelite and clash after Eduardo destroyed Factories which manufactured things Edd liked.

Challeng-EDD (End Mix), is a reference to The End (Part 2), which was a 2-parts finale for the series, being directed by Thomas Ridgewell and Eddie Bowley, and released in 2016. With the part 1 released on March 9, 2016, and part 2 on March 16, 2016. The plot of the episode resumes of Tord, one of Edd and group's old friends since Classic, turning back to stay with Edd, Tom, and Matt after what happend. However, despite of his generous personality and being always the same from before, he just comeback in order to use his Giant Robot (and his favorite hat) in order to take the world. In which fails at the end of the part 2.

The episodes was meant to being the last episodes, not only from the era, but also for Eddsworld in general. The "finale" was later being only keep by the time, since the series later was returned with new era for the series, not running by Edd's family and Matt Hargreaves. The reception was mix in the community, but was generally sad as fans expressed their feelings for the show's "finale".

Confronting Yourself is a reference to WTFuture, where Edd's future self attempts to assassinate him so that he does not have to live in a future where cola is banned.

Gameplay Mechanics[]

Most of the covers feature Health Drain, which in some cases, can make the songs harder than normal.
- In High Shovel, however, Edd cannot drain Tord's health past 50%
Chaos is made much harder than the original due to the Green Notes, which act similar to the Fire Notes from The Tricky Mod.
In Challeng-EDD (End Mix), Tord will (presumably) fire rockets at Edd and BF, if the space bar is not pressed, they cuase an instant game over.
In Die Batsards and Honorbound, Tord will fire bullets at BF, if missed, they drain 50% of BF's health.

Trivia[]

Several of the Eddsworld covers are references to various Eddsworld Episodes.
The instrumental of the Unload-Edd remake features sounds from the instrumentals of the base game songs. For example, "South" can be heard in the beginning, and "M.I.L.F" can be heard at the end of the Tord and Edd duet.
The characters in Unload-Edd have different voices depending on who's singing.
- In the original the real Edd and Tord have their vocals from Friday Night Funkin’ ONLINE VS./Challenges, while the clones have their vocals from Blantados, except for clone Tord who has his BBpanzu Vocals
- In the remake clone Edd's vocals are from BBpanzu and Clone Tord's are from Fyzure. The real Tom and Matt get singing roles as well and their vocals are provided by Rodrig99 Two and Spiro 96 respectively. Every other character keeps their original vocals.
