Friday Night Funkin' Boss Rush is a mod directed by AmazeinG666. As its name implies, most of the mod's characters have previously appeared in other Friday Night Funkin' mods and reappear as Bosses. Each week has you face 3 Friday Night Funkin' Mod characters in true Boss Rush fashion, each character has a single song with unique backgrounds and game over screens.
As of now, the mod only has 1 week, and has a second week and a third week coming soon, that are currently in development.

Majin Sonic is based on a famous easter egg in Sonic CD 's Sound Test.
Appearance
Majin Sonic is a slim anthropomorphic hedgehog with a gentle purple hue that covers most of his body, and purple-ish skin that covers his arms, disturbing, human-like face and front torso. He has three long quills on the back of his head.
Trivia
- Majin and Indie are the only characters (for now) to sing with a microphone.
- Activating his code in the base game of Sonic CD nets the infamous FUN IS INFINITE message, with a whole bunch of Majin Sonics layered around each other. All the while, the boss theme plays. The creepiness being owed to the U.S. OST's boss music, which is much different to the PAL/JPN OST's boss music.
- Masato Nishimura, landscape designer and voice of Sonic in Sonic CD, was responsible for including the original "FUN IS INFINITE" easter egg in the game, and is who Majin Sonic's face is meant to resemble.
- Contrary to popular belief, the "Majin" part of Majin Sonic's name comes not from him being any sort of demon (Majin being a Japanese noun that roughly translates to "evil spirit" in English), but rather due to Majin being the alias of aforementioned Masato Nishimura.
- There has been a debate wherever Majin Sonic's black spot under his nose is a shadow or a moustache. It was later confirmed by Masato Nishimura himself that it's just the shadow on his face, although fanart reposted by Sonic Twitter has also interpreted it as a moustache.

Appearance
Eteled is a Mii that Henry had created before dying. He appears bald with big eyes, a small nose and a large, smiling mouth. He wears a black shirt and black pants. This iteration of Eteled appears to have an extra row of teeth in the back of his mouth, as well as eyes that are present in his up pose. In the second half of the song, Eteled's eyes become extremely dilated to the point of looking empty.

- His icon doesn't have the nose.
- He is the only character (for now) who doesn't have the same poses from the original Vs. eteled mod.
- In addition, his icons aren't the same color as his icons in the same mod.

Murder!Sans, or simply just Sans, is the main protagonist of the Dusttale AU. He has become aware of the genocide routes the human has taken, and so he went on his own genocide route so he could finally stop the human.
Appearance
Murder!Sans wears a blue jacket with a gray hood, a white t-shirt stained gray by dust, black gym shorts with white stripes, and pink fuzzy slippers. His left eye becomes large, being cyan and red, and his right eye is also small and red.
Trivia
- He likes to kill the human in very cruel ways.
- Papyrus still haunts Murder!Sans as a hallucination even if the latter was successful.
- According to the creator of Dusttale, Murder!Sans is unable to fall in love with anyone in his universe.
- The only monster he regrets killing is Papyrus.
- The creator of Dusttale has stated that Sans does in fact know that the phantom is not real, but still talks to the hallucination for sanity.
- Much of the fandom confuses Sans for being the main antagonist of Dusttale. In reality, he is truly the protagonist of the AU as Sans is the lead/main character and most of the AU is in his perspective.

Phantom!Papyrus is the deuteragonist of the Dusttale AU. Although his appearance may suggest otherwise, he is actually a hallucination of Papyrus, not a ghost. He haunts and helps Sans on his mission to gain enough LV to kill The Human, by forcing him to continue killing.
Appearance
Phantom Papyrus looks like the normal Papyrus, but lacking a body and legs, leaving him as just a floating head with hands. He still retains his scarf and gloves, but his eyes are red.
Trivia
- Papyrus still haunts Murder!Sans as a hallucination even if the latter was successful.
- Since Papyrus is a hallucination in this AU, he cannot be killed due to already being killed by Sans.
- The creator of Dusttale has stated that Sans does in fact know that the phantom isn't real, but still talks to the hallucination for sanity.

Indie is a character created by Amazeing666, which can only be accessed in debug mode.
Appearance
Indie appears as a tall, hooded figure with a wide grin, slimy hands and large, bright red eyes. He wears a zippered up grey hoodie, purple baggy pants and purple-white sneakers.
