Charlie Brown appears is a mostly bald kid wearing a zigzag striped yellow shirt, black shorts, and brown shoes.
In the song, Good Grief, he wears Jotaro Kujo's outfit from JoJo's Bizzare Adventure, consisting of a black cap, jacket, and dark pants.

Tankman[]
Tankman is the mascot of Newgrounds, and the opponent of Week 7 of Friday Night Funkin. He is an opponent for the song Junkyard in Funkin' Peanuts. Where he and his army face off a disgruntled Snoopy after shooting down his airplane.
Appearence[]
Tankman wears in a traditional army outfit, wearing a helmet and a more detailed vest, his goggles were removed in favor of making his helmet cover his eyes.

- The reason for the appearance of Tankman in this mod is because it was inspired by a tweet from @FNFChallengeBot
- The Tankman of this mod is part of Snoopy's imagination when he plays the pilot, imagining Tankman as a person who hates dogs, is allied with the Red Baron, and kidnapped his beloved wife.

Patricia "Peppermint Patty" Reichardt is a major female character in the Peanuts comic strip by Charles M. Schulz. An outgoing and sporty girl, she has a crush on Charlie Brown (whom she always calls "Chuck") and is almost always accompanied by her best friend Marcie after the latter's introduction in 1971. She attends a different school than most of the Peanuts cast (other than Marcie and Franklin) and she struggles with education and homework. Boyfriend is the mod's playable character and protagonist of Friday Night Funkin'.

Boyfriend sports his normal appearance, wearing a baseball cap backwards on top of his head, a white t shirt with a cross symbol printed on it, baggy pants, and sneakers. These aspects have been changed to match Peanuts' art style.
In "Red Carpet", If the space key is pressed, boyfriend will appear with sunglasses, Sleeves, And a shirt with "Cool" printed in it, if the space key is pressed in this state Boyfriend will turn back to his normal appearance.
In "Paperback", Boyfriend appears to be taller and drawn in the artstyle of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Books.

- Charlie Brown once had a D-Side version, where he is replaced with an Argentinian character named Mafalda, but Code Beru decided to make the Mafalda mod its own thing instead of a remix mod, although BAnims still considers Mafalda as the D-Sides version of Funkin Peanuts.[7]
- The mod's version of Girlfriend likes eating out the trash can.[8]
- Charlie Brown dresses like Jotaro as a reference to the fact that they share the same catchphrase.
- Snoopy's voice is actually K. K. Slider's voice from Animal Crossing.
- Also, Franklin's voice is actually Darwin's voice from The Amazing World of Gumball
- The name "Mar-Mar" is a reference to the nickname of Marleik Walker, Franklin's voice actor in the English version of The Peanuts Movie.

- The chart for "Golden" from Vs. OURPLE GUY can be found and loaded from the files. When started, an unskippable cutscene plays out where a hyper-realistic image of Charlie Brown fades into view for about a minute, accompanied by creepy music. Said image of Charlie Brown is then replaced with another of him grinning widely at the player, which continues to linger. The song then starts as normal.
