Grunt Boyfriend is a skin of Boyfriend created by deim0s. It changes Boyfriend's appearance to resemble the Grunts from Madness Combat.
Appearance[]
Grunt BF wears the same clothes as the original Boyfriend, but it is all monochrome. He has gray skin with a cross for a face, wielding a microphone in his right hand and an UZI in his left.
