The Holiday Mod, created by BBpanzu with the help of fluffyhairs, is a two-part mod based on BBpanzu's trashed mod Christmas Girlfriend.

Boyfriend[]
Boyfriend is the main protagonist of Friday Night Funkin'. In this mod, he and Girlfriend are spending time together having fun and later stopping Two Criminals holding some billionaires hostage and an Arial Terrorist.
Appearance[]
Instead of his usual attire, Boyfriend now wears more festive clothing, with a green and red sweater replacing his signature shirt. Boyfriend also wears a brown ushanka instead of his normal hat. Boyfriend's shoes are now black and brown instead of red.

Girlfriend[]
Girlfriend is the second protagonist of Friday Night Funkin'. In this mod, she goes around with Boyfriend spreading joy and stopping criminals.
Appearance[]
Girlfriend wears a red sweater, a Santa Claus hat and brown trousers, and she wears brown boots.

Daddy Dearest[]
Daddy Dearest is Girlfriend's father and one of the main antagonists of Friday Night Funkin'. In this mod, he and Boyfriend sing in front of a doorstep.

Skid & Pump[]
Skid and Pump are two kids debuting in Sr Pelo's "Spooky Month" series, and are the main opponents of Week 2 in the base game. It seems like they're doubling up on the festive spirit by celebrating two holidays at a time once Boyfriend and Girlfriend crash at their house.

Skid and Pump retain their Spooky Month costumes, but are now wearing festive clothes on top of them. Skid now has reindeer antlers and a red nose, and Pump now wears a red hoodie.

Pico is one of the main protagonists/antagonists of Friday Night Funkin'. In this mod, he and Sunday held two billionaires as hostages. In Demolition, he helps Boyfriend take down Tom.

Sunday appears as they are, having dark skin and black hair, however they wear a black Christmas sweater with the words "Merry Christmarx" on it with an image of Karl Marx. They also wear light blue jeans and black shoes. They also have a shotgun at the ready.

Senpai is a video game character and antagonist in Friday Night Funkin'. In this mod, he is seen rap battling Boyfriend in an alleyway with people behind them.

Tankman[]
Tankman is a character from Newgrounds and appears as an antagonist in base game Friday Night Funkin'. In the mod, he is seen calling Boyfriend and Girlfriend for help taking down an Arial Terrorist.

Unlike most of the characters having their Christmas attire, Tankman hasn't gotten any significant changes and still wears his usual clothing. His appearance remains the same as he appeared in Week 7 from the base game.

Mommy Mearest[]
Mommy Mearest is Girlfriend's mother and one of the main antagonists in Friday Night Funkin'. In this mod, she followed Boyfriend and Girlfriend on the Coke truck during "You". The reason she came on the truck is because Boyfriend and Girlfriend where singing her all time favourite song. After "You", she gets blasted off by Tom.

Tom is one of the main characters in Eddsworld. He is very rude, pessimistic and hot-headed and likes to drink quite often. He can be smart or stupid depending on this situation that he's in. He doesn't get along with Matt that much and he hates Tord A LOT, but even if though he's a jerk, has a good and soft side, but this good side is rarely shown.

Instead of his usual attire, Tom now wears more festive clothing, a red sweater with white buttons on it. He reverts back to his normal clothing during Zanta, but wears the eyes that he received in Zanta Claws II. They get burned off near the end of the song, however, reverting him back to having his usual black eyes.

Zanta Claws is a reoccurring antagonist in Eddsworld, and reappears as the main opponent for Zanta.
Appearance[]
Zanta retains his normal appearance during his song, that being a green skeleton with a beard and glowing red eyes, decked in a Santa Claus outfit. Halfway through the song, Zanta replaces his traditional hat with that of the real Santa's, which is much lighter and fluffier in comparison.

Gameplay Mechanics[]
- In Demolition, Tom will send out missile notes that will instantly kill the player if not pressed in time. These missile notes only appear on hard difficulty.
- During two sections of the song, Tom will also start flying around in a circular pattern. During these sections, the player controls Pico with their mouse and can shoot by holding down the left mouse button. Using these mechanics, they must shoot the thrusters of Tom's sleigh within a short time limit, or else Tom will escape and instantly kill the player with a missile. On Easy difficulty, these mechanics aren't used.
- In Zanta, Zanta Claws will drain the player's health whenever he sings. The health drain itself can't kill the player.
- Zanta also has a unique difficulty setting (fittingly named Taiko) that completely modifies the gameplay to a strumline similar to the ones seen in drumming rhythm games. All notes are replaced by red and blue circles with the infamous NewGrounds angry face on them. The opponent's notes fly to the right on the top, and your notes fly to the left from the bottom. You'll have to time your inputs with the white outline. To hit the big red and blue notes, you'll have to press both of the red/blue note buttons at once.
Trivia (General)[]
- One of the cutscene tracks for Demolition, Front Door uses the drums heard in Madness and B-Side Thorns[6]
- Zanta uses Tricky's voice, pitched lower. This is the third character mod using another character’s voice in an edited version. The forth being the Überkids using an edited voice from Pico in the base game, The second being the old version of Lord X also using Tricky's (mistaken to be Sonic.EXE's victims' scream) and the first being Sky with Sunday's Voice (although it was an accident.)
- This mod is based off of BBpanzu's (now trashed) Christmas mod, Christmas Girlfriend.
- A part of the song Zanta uses a leitmotif from Tord's Norway in 1:25.
- The song hidden in the files of the mod, Jawa, is a shortened version of "Just a Week Away" in reference to the meme, "Christmas, is just a week away!" which is what it's based off of.
- Every song in this mod is a reference to (if not, based off of) a Christmas song. Deck references "Deck the Halls", You references "All I Want For Christmas Is You", Santa references "Jingle Bells", Hark references "Carol Of The Bells", Plum references "The Dance of The Sugar Plum Fairy" and Feliz references "Feliz Navidad (I Wanna Wish You a Merry Christmas)"
- Demolition is based off the instrumental of Tom's own song "Christmas Demolition".
- The coke truck from Hark and You, the background of the song You, Tom's clothes in the song Demolition (although that song is already a reference in and of itself) and the song Zanta are all based off of/references of the mini-series "Zanta Claws", which is part of the larger Eddsworld series, the web-series that Tom originated from. Along with this fact, in You's dialogue, Girlfriend quotes Edd from that same episode, "Once again, coke saves the day!"
- Zanta, Edd, and Tom's mid-voice lines are Taken from Zanta Claws II.
- In Zanta, Edd, Tom, Matt, and Zanta have only one frame for their singing and neutral animations. The code makes them bounce.
- Andrew Garfield can be seen in the background of the "Demolition" song stage.
- Blantados is credited for making Tom's chromatic scale, though Blantados' only public form of his Tom voice is a UTAU Voicebank. Possibly implying Blantados made a Tom chromatic scale for bbpanzu to use in the Holiday Mod.
- Carol was going to sing Snow Halation in the mod, but it ended up being cut.[7]
