“You may have been wondering why we've been singing in a graveyard of all places, yes? Tell me darling, have you ever raised the dead before?”
― Myra, Mystic
Myra is a witch character created by Summus. A sad witch who needed help practicing her spells to no avail for her witch finals, Myra was in a graveyard as the Boyfriend came over to try and help her out through Funkin' together! Even the Girlfriend's getting into it, too!
Appearance
Myra is a witch, wearing a hat that covers her eyes. She also wears a purple dress, as well as a torn black trenchcoat, with an yellow eye necklace. Her black hair has purple and green strands, and her hat also has purple and green strands, while also having an up arrow attached to her hat. It has also been confirmed by her creator that she wears high heeled crocs under her dress.
Trivia
- In the files, there appears to be a chart for a song named "Bears", even though it has no music to go along with it. This song was leftover from another mod of the creator's, the Polar Bear mod. It was deleted in a recent update.
- You can see loads of different characters in the graveyard, as well as some miscellaneous spirits. Notable ones include the Sheriff from Madness Combat, Nene from the Pico Series, Garcello from Smoke Em' Out Struggle, and a Crewmate from Among Us.
- Myra's week has made history for being one of the first to feature Garcello as a cameo.
- Some have compared Myra to Mommy Mearest, or even Lady Dimitrescu, from the Resident Evil series.
- Though obscured in almost all her sprites, Myra's eye color is green.
- Additionally, she wears black nail polish to match her black lipstick, though this too is also obscured.
- The necromancy spell performed in Mystic is actually rather weak as a result of Myra's inexperience, and the spirits will eventually fade back to the afterlife after only a few short moments.
- Myra is aware of most of the demons in the world, but is unfamiliar with the Dearest family, as she did not recognize girlfriend.
- Myra never takes off her witch hat, even when she sleeps.
- The arrow attached to her hat changes depending on the arrow she strikes.
- Myra is bisexual, as confirmed by the creator on Twitter.
- It's been stated that her design was inspired by a number of fictional witches, vampires, and demons, and that her main inspiration was Lady Dimitrescu, from Resident Evil Village.
- It's been stated that one of her songs has the Among drip motif in the instrumental of the song.
- Following the events of the mod, Myra frequently visits the graveyard to talk to the ghosts and listen to their stories in an attempt to make them more content in the afterlife.
- There are a few ghosts in the graveyard that she's become close friends with, and visits on a nightly basis to talk to them via her temporary necromancy.
- Myra has several pet cats, named Inky, Blinky, Pinky, and Clyde.
- All of the cats names were based off the ghosts in the Pac-Man Series
- Originally, they were planned to appear in the graveyard stage, but were cut from the mod mid development
- It was stated by her creator that Myra likes dating sims and visual novels.
- In Hocus pocus, there is a piece of the song that may reference spider dance from undertale, around the 1:04 mark of Hocus Pocus, and the start of spider dance.
- In Mystic, there most likely is a reference to Kara Kara Kara no Kara by Kikuo, both songs sharing the same beginning melody.
Cameos in other mods
Note: All of these cameos are not canon to the Myra's story.
- In Vs. Ghost Twins, she appears in the background of Yuletides.

Dialogue
Cackle Dialogue
Myra: ...It's no use. Ugh, why did I have to be the odd one out again...
Myra: Ah- hello? Who was that?
Myra: Aww, well aren't you a cute little guy! Almost didn't see you down there, ehehe!
Myra: Is there anything I could help you with, darling? I'm in the middle of something very important here...
- (You pointed to the odd book in the woman's hands.)
Myra: Oh, were you curious about my book? I wouldn't touch it if I were you, darling.
Myra: It's a highly potent spellbook. The academy grants them to magic users in training, like me!
Myra: That's why I'm out here, to practice before exams tomorrow. But right now, I'm in a bit of trouble...
Myra: You see, some of these spells require two people to work.
Myra: Unfortunately for me, I don't have many friends to practice with...
Myra: (...or any at all, for that matter...)
Myra: If I can't pull off these spells before finals tomorrow, I'll have to turn in this book for good. No more magic.
Myra: (I wonder if they'll at least let me keep the hat...)
Myra: What was that, darling? I think I may have misheard you.
- (You once again pointed to the book.)
Myra: You want to help me practice? That's so sweet of you, but...
Myra: Have you ever performed any kind of magic before, darling?
Myra: I'm going to take that as a no.
Myra: In that case, darling, let me review the basics with you before we begin!

Bones Dialogue
Myra: Not bad for your first time, darling! You're better than I expected!
Myra: You know, for total strangers, you and your girlfriend are taking the idea of dark magic pretty well.
Myra: Normally, people are super freaked out by the idea of real life witches and wizards.
Myra: Tell me... you've encountered something of this sort before, right?
Myra: Have you had a run in with a forlorn spirit, maybe? Or perhaps a demon or two?
Myra: Well, I suppose that can be your little secret, darling. I won't pry...for now, at least.
Myra: Back to studying! Now that you know the basics, let's practice some of the harder ones.
- (The strange goth feverishly flipped through the pages of her spellbook)
Myra: "Dual spells 101. Any magic user hoping to cast these spells will need a partner."

Mystic Dialogue
Myra: Once again, darling, you're doing very well! Bravo~
Myra: Such talent is hard to come across in a beginner, you know. I feel like you'd both fit in perfectly at the academy!
Myra: Now begins the hardest part. The toughest spell to pull off...
Myra: You may have been wondering why we've been singing in a graveyard of all places, yes?
Myra: Tell me darling, have you ever raised the dead before?
Myra: Kehehe! Neither have I! But there's a first time for everything.
Myra: Necromancy is also part of the final, and it's worth a lot of points too.
Myra: If I can pull it off at least one time before the test, I know I'll be 100% ready.
Myra: What do you say, darling? Shall we begin?

Hocus Pocus Dialogue
Myra: It worked! I've done it!
Myra: We've done it! Eheheheheeee!
- (The three of you let out a witchy cackle together in the graveyard.)
Myra: Ehehee! Thank you so very much, darlings! You two really are something special...
Myra: We've done it! Eheheheheeee!
Myra: I wish every night could be like this one.
Myra: Singing spells into the night sky with friends for the first time...
Myra: Something about that fills my heart with a joy like no other! Eheheheee!
- (The ghosts of the graveyard swirl around you, almost as if expecting to hear another song.)
Myra: Well, would you look at that! Darlings, I think we have an audience!
Myra: Before we end the night, how about we give these ghosts and ghouls a little show?
Myra: Be warned- this time, I don't plan to hold anything back!
