Regular Friday Night is a Friday Night Funkin' mod based on one of the episodes of the cartoon series created by J.G. Quintel, Regular Show. It includes 12 songs, 5 erect remixes, multiple playable characters, and more. The mod takes place in an alternate timeline, where Boyfriend and Girlfriend need to earn some money to buy more condoms (seen on the cover of the erect remixes), so they see a help seeking poster for a nearby park and decide to take the job.

Mordecai[]

Mordecai is one of the main characters of the series, and the opponent of the songs Exhiliration, Erection and Enemy Beaker. He is also a playable character in the songs Cookies and MultiVersal. Laid-back but with a big heart, and alongside his high school best friend Rigby, he tends to always annoy his boss Benson.
Appearance[]
Mordecai is an anthropomorphic blue jay with a black beak, black eyes, and blue feathers. He's quite slender, with his thin legs contribute to half of his height. Mordecai's tail consists of three feathers sticking out from his backside, each with two black stripes through them. Mordecai also has light blue stripes across his arms.
Trivia[]
- Mordecai's tail feathers lines in this mod aren't dark blue. This is probably unintentional.
- His icon at Cookies has a blue tone similar to his old icon.

Rigby[]

Rigby is one of the main characters in the series, and the opponent in Reckless, Erectless, and Cookies. Best described as a "wild adult", he becomes frustrated, frightened, annoyed or upset very easily, making his behavior quite predictable. Alongside Mordecai, his high school best friend, they tend to end up annoying their boss, Benson.
Appearance[]
Rigby is an anthropomorphic raccoon with brown fur, dark brown rings around his eyes and a beige chest. He also has a long brown tail with dark brown stripes. On Erect mode, Rigby wears red sunglasses, a red-and-white flannel shirt with a pure-white undershirt, blue jeans, and brown boots. During the "hamboning" portion of Erectless, he can be seen holding a spoon. In Cookies, Rigby has a round brown nose, as opposed to his pure black nose from the show. He has sharper teeth and is blushing. He has cookie crumbs around his mouth and holds a whole cookie in his mouth.

Benson Dunwoody is a gumball machine and the park manager. Whenever he gets angry, his gumballs turn red, mostly from Mordecai and Rigby slacking off. He is the main opponent during Unemployed, Supercharge, and Temper Break during Story Mode (Erectployed, Supererect, and Erect Break on Erect difficulty respectively) and during one of the secret songs, New Management. He is also a playable character against Gene during the freeplay song, Overtime.
Appearance[]
Benson is a red gumball machine with pinkish purple/red gumballs enclosed by a glass dome, sunken eyes and a large, straight nose that just about overlaps his mouth. The turn switch on his chest is shaped like a heart symbol, hinting that's probably where his heart is. When he gets angry during Erectployed and Overtime, his body is redder, as are all of the gumballs in his head. During Overtime, he wears a green army beret, which turns red when he gets angry.
During Supercharge and Temper Break, Benson's body is glowing orange due to him holding his rage in. His eyes are also glowing. During Supererect and Erect Break, his body is glowing blue instead, and he has a white bandana wrapped around his forehead.
In New Management, Benson is slumped over and glitching due to the corruption. His eyes and mouth are now glowing white and empty, and he has an unnerving smile. Part of his right leg is in a pool of the corruption.

Summertime[]
The Summertime Song is the antagonist of the episode "This Is My Jam," and the opponent of Summer Time. It is a physical manifestation "Summertime Loving, Loving in the Summer (Time)," a song Rigby was addicted to after finding a tape with the song on it.

Summertime Song appears as a large. tape with black lines for its arms and legs, and with a red pair of sunglasses on it.

- Summertime Song doesn't have any singing poses. While his distinct dance moves can be perceived as the latter, they're all a part of an alternate idle animation.
- This further explains why there are no notes on its side of the screen whenever it's its turn to sing.
Hi Five Ghost[]
Hi Five Ghost is one of the main characters in Regular Show, and the opponent of the song Full Fives. He's one of the groundskeepers at the Park, and one of the more responsible ones at that. He's also best friends with Muscle Man, and the two are almost always hanging out together.
Appearance[]
Hi Five Ghost is a ghost similar in shape to the ghosts from Pacman, but lacking eyeballs. He has an arm and hand sticking out of his forehead, and while he does have arms that can stick out of his sides, they aren't seen here. His body is white, though it does appear a bit more blue here.

Finn the Human is the main character of Adventure Time, and appears as the opponent for MultiVersal. One of the few humans left on earth, Finn takes on the role of a hero for the people of Ooo. Together, with his shape-shifting dog brother Jake, the two go out on adventures together.

Gene[]
Gene is a former antagonist of Regular Show who appears as the opponent of Overtime. He's the park manager of a rival park called East Pines, which sometimes gets into conflict with the Park. This often makes him a rival to Benson, though the two are also seen as friends.

Gene is a green vending machine with various snacks seen through the window on his body, and some keypads and slots near said window. He wears a green hat with a single black stripe on it.

Shlime[]
Shlime is one of the hidden characters found within the files of Regular Friday Night.

Shlime got black colored skin, a cyan hair on both sides. He is wearing a pink and green-yellow cap, a pink hoodie with a green-yellow text decal, black pants, and shoes.

Gameplay Mechanics[]
Health Drain: In Temper Break, Erect Break and New Management, Benson will drain the player's health every time he sings. This will not kill give Boyfriend a game over however.
Whoopee Cushions: In Overtime whoopee cushion notes will appear throughout the song, being a reference to the episode Prankless[2]. Hitting one of these notes will add a miss to your misses counter.

Trivia (General)[]
- This mod shares a song name with Vs. RetroSpecter, that being Overtime.
- The song Cookies is taken from a comic made by XiamTheFerret, where Rigby takes the cookies, saving one in his mouth. Mordecai, in response, kisses Rigby to obtain the cookie.
