Sunday Valentine is a character created by bbpanzu. They star in their own mod titled VS Sunday. Their full week comes with 3 new songs: Valentine, BI-NB and Marx.
Appearance

Sunday appears as light-brown-skinned human with closed eyes, mimicking a sleepy face, a beauty mark below their left eye, and short black curly hair with a crescent shaped ahoge. They wear a light gray shirt with a short-sleeved maroon flannel on top, beige shorts and black sneakers. At the start of Valentine, they can be seen donning on a teal blanket, before throwing it away once they scream. Starting from BI-NB, a red and white electric guitar, closely resembling a Fender Mustang, is in held in their hands, used to play it on certain parts.
Old
Sunday's old design still had their signature blanket, but they are wearing a maroon shirt, olive-colored pants, and pink flip-flops. They still bop around in a sleepy state, but the microphone stand is missing and the ahoge is gone. They appear noticeably shorter.

- Sunday is non-binary, and goes by both they/them and she/her pronouns.[5]
- In an Instagram post made by bbpanzu in the comments, it is confirmed that Sunday and Carol are not related and that they are exes. [6]
- The part about them being exes has since been retconned and they are now confirmed to be dating.[4]
- It is unknown if this retconned in the Friday Night Funkin' universe.
- Sunday is bisexual with a heavy preference for women.[7]
- She had been confirmed on Twitter to be transgender, but the tweet that confirmed this has since been deleted, so it is unclear whether this is still the case.
- Sunday's voice is sampled from the song Akatsuki by Babymetal.

- Sunday's full week mod takes place after the Golf Minigame mod: as seen in the beginning cutscene Girlfriend and Carol are wearing their golf outfits and Girlfriend holds her golf club.
- In Sunday's teaser, Carol also states she is going golfing.
- The cube shader.jpg file is a screenshot from Hayako - Analys, a level made in NotITG, where the playfields get displayed on a rotating, twisting cube.
- It was added in because of a reply to one of bbpanzu's tweets where he mentioned the usage of shaders in the mod.[13]
- The flashing background in BI-NB cycles through the colors of the non-binary pride flag (yellow, white, purple and black.)

- Sunday's mod is the first to have an anti-piracy screen.
- For some reason the anti-piracy screen triggers on the KBH Games port of the mod, though it can be bypassed by simply pressing enter.
- The Guitar Hero inspired notes were a last minute idea. They were not planned until a couple of days before the mod's initial release.[14]
- The song BI-NB possibly stands for bisexual and non-binary, as those are the abbreviations of each of them. Knowing that Sunday is bisexual and non-binary this explains why this specific song has a lot of value for her.
- Sunday supports neopronouns.[15]
- In the BIG JERSEY comic series, they have recalled times about their late mother named "Easter Valentine". She got killed by BIG MAN as she tried to kill him during a massive fight on the city of BIG JERSEY. Sunday wanted to fight him back to further end their rough journey.
