Mechanics[]
- In the song Reruns, when Cartoon Cat shapeshifts into BF, both the player's notes & Cartoon Cat's merge in the middle of the screen, splitting after Cartoon Cat shapeshifts back to his normal form.
- This is also where the Meat Notes begin popping up.
- While Cartoon Cat takes BF's shape, his notes turn slightly transparent, while the player's notes are still opaque, to differentiate.
- Also, Cartoon Cat's notes do not "poof" like the player's notes when they are perfectly hit, but disappear instead.
- This does not happen on Reruns (ALT).
- In the song Turnaround, the screen will sometimes rotate. The player will have to pay attention to the notes.
- In the song Hideout, the player will occasionally have to click a red circle to hide from Siren Head.
- In the song Patron Saint, the Lamb will sometimes attack. The player must press the space bar repeatedly to survive.
- In the song Evil Eye, the player must press X repeatedly to set the bar to the right of the screen to 0. Otherwise, if the bar gets full, the player will get a game over.
Custom Notes[]
- Meat Notes appear in the song "Reruns" and "That's All Folks!" while fighting Cartoon Cat.
- Prior to v2, when you hit the meat notes, BF gets turned into a fleshy Trevor Henderson style monster. In v2, hitting them causes you to take some damage. If your health is too low, then BF will get turned into a fleshy Trevor Henderson style monster like normal.
- The game will crash if you choose to retry on getting a Game Over after hitting a Meat Note.

I have never been told what relations he had with me.Back to the main point, Trevor's mental health began to deteriorate. With this in mind, the cat took its opportunity and escaped. As Trevor was getting worse, the cat took ahold of the situation and began to hunt our loved ones. Trevor couldn't take it anymore, so he let his creation end his suffering. He was its creator, as is the case with the other monsters you've seen today. Only he would know how to stop the cat from its mischieeeee... [Sirens are heard in the distance, followed with the sound of creaking wood as Luna looks to the falls in astonishment. Boyfriend is seen being pursued by Siren Head on the bridge TMWTUDF mentioned.] Luna: Uh... That's your boyfriend, right? Girlfriend: BOYFRIEND! Luna: THAT BRIDGE WON'T HOLD SIREN HEAD'S WEIGHT![The wooden stakes holding the bridge together break as several codes are shown on screen to the left, along with a cipher to the right. Both disappear as Luna's voice is heard.] Luna: Hey! Trivia (General)[]
- Trapped Mouse (otherwise known as the old version of Fright Fest) is a remix of a Cartoon Cat song "Run Away" made by OR3O.
- The song name "Reruns" is a reference to a tweet from Trevor Henderson with the caption "reruns" followed by an illustration of Cartoon Cat.
- The song name "That's All Folks!" is a reference to the classic Looney Tunes end title card. It's also referencing to tweets with the caption "That's All Folks!", which is what inspired Cartoon Cat.
- There was an idea to make a mechanic where in the song Reruns it would change from 4 notes to 7 notes, the coders had a hard time, and progress on the mod was delayed for about a month because of this mechanic, it was later removed as it never got fixed.
- The Demo was rushed as the developers wanted to release it before Halloween (which didn't happen due to a lot of bug fixing).
- The Demo got withheld on GameBanana due to the minigame teaser (now solved), it violated many GB rules (opens too many windows at once, changes desktop wallpaper, shuts down PC), a lot of people thought it was a virus, and reported the mod for the following.
- On the extras menu, there's a small chance for GF with her Ghoink clothes to appear with her hands on either side of her head, wiggling her fingers. This prevents you from leaving the extras menu, playing any of the songs or closing the window, meaning you have to use either task manager to end the window or use the taskbar to close the window.
- The mod shares the same canon as The Amazing Grace: Rotten-Smoothie, due to Balloon basing the mod's lore off of this one.[22]
- The song Hideout was originally called "Hide and Seek" during development.
Minigame[]
Lonely Mouse
Lonely Mouse is a Cartoon Cat minigame that is downloaded separately from the mod and must be completed in order to obtain the code needed to unlock Week 2.
In this minigame, the player controls Luna Henderson, who must leave her house to escape Cartoon Cat, but first she needs to collect 4 items hidden in different rooms of the house, while simultaneously avoiding Cartoon Cat.
- The controls are: WASD and/or the arrow keys to move, Z to interact with objects, X to sprint, Escape to pause the game, and Space to skip dialogue.
- The items Luna needs to collect are:
- Batteries for her flashlight, located in the bottom sofa of the living room.
- Trevor Henderson's diary, located on his desk found to left of the living room.
- A key located on the desk in the bedroom to the bottom left of Trevor Henderson's office.
- Frozen food from the fridge in the kitchen, which is located at the end of the hall between Trevor Henderson's office and the living room, to the right.
- Once the player leaves Luna's bedroom, which is the game's starting point, Cartoon Cat will appear at random intervals to try and catch Luna. The game will notify the player when he's about to attack. Once Cartoon Cat appears, he will randomly walk around the room, and if he comes into contact with Luna, it's Game Over. The player must hold still and spam Spacebar to lower Luna's anxiety and make Cartoon Cat go away.
- If Cartoon Cat appears while the player is in the bottom left bedroom, then they must hide inside the closet on the bottom of the room until Cartoon Cat leaves.
- If the player doesn't select Retry on the Game Over screen, Cartoon Cat will appear, along with a 10 second countdown. During the countdown, Cartoon Cat will get closer and closer to the player while the screen shakes. Once the countdown reaches 0, an animation of Cartoon Cat brutally murdering Luna will play, serving as a jumpscare, after which the game will crash.
- Luna's stamina drains quickly whenever the player holds X to sprint, and can be replenished by picking up food and drink scattered all over the floors of the house.
- Once the player has collected all 4 items, they can leave the house through a door located on the bottom side of the kitchen. Attempting to interact with the door before all items have been collected will result in a message notifying the player how many items they need before they can leave.
- After leaving the house, a pair of figures that seem to be Luna's parents will appear, but Luna notes that something's off about them, saying "Mr. Trevor" told her that they had a business meeting and he was in charge of her until tomorrow. From here, the player is given two options on what to say. Option 1 is "Perhaps the meeting was canceled?" while Option 2 is "He lied."
- If the player selects "Perhaps the meeting was canceled?", Luna notes that her parents have their arms out like they're anticipating a hug, and she walks up to hug them, but it's quickly revealed to be an illusion as Cartoon Cat grabs Luna by the leg and repeatedly slams her face-first into the ground until the top of her head breaks open and her brain spills out. This is the Bad Ending, and the player will be forced to restart the minigame in order to get the right ending.
- If the player selects "He lied.", the figures will cry and then reveal themselves to be clones of cartoon cat with human-like faces while several Cartoon Cats surround Luna, who curls up on the ground, crying in fear. Long Horse then appears through a portal to rescue Luna from the Cartoon Cats. This is the Good Ending. The player will then be taken to a screen that displays the code needed to unlock Week 2: 2052

- Opening the app will open a window named "funni teaser".
- In the minigame, you play as Luna Henderson holding a flashlight.
- You enter a red room, there is a red key card to the left of the room, and a door at the top of the room.
- There's a yellow box at the top right of the screen that says "quest:find the keys".
- You can use your mouse to click on the key card, a sound effect plays, presumably collecting it.
- After doing so, you can walk to the door at the top of the room.
- Closing the window results in several other windows named "your mother" appearing, with the text "Try your luck" on them, you can close these windows and continue the minigame.
- Walking into Cartoon Cat will open hundreds of windows named "I told you that i was going to put a reference lol" in the window there's an image of SrPerez with the caption "Perez Pro".
- And other smaller windows named "haha funni" with the text "NO ESCAPE" on them appearing as well.
- The background of your PC to an image of Cartoon Cat taking his head off with the caption "THAT'S A NICE ARGUMENT UNFORTUNATELY YOUR MOTHER".
- Then your PC restarts.
