Femboy Night Funkin'[2], formerly Vs. Reggie the Rat, is a mod directed by VeeBlue.
Reggie The Rat is, as his name suggests, an anthropomorphic rat created by Whygena, mostly recognized for a NSFW animation that made its rounds across the internet, spawning multiple "remixes" in which said character is "killed" (typically in a comedic fashion, though there are many notable exceptions) or inserted into other popular memes.
Reggie's apartment appears to have been broken into for a second time, although this time around, the welcome intrusion is Boyfriend and Girlfriend!

Classic Reggie[]

Classic Reggie is one of the earlier versions of Reggie, known for being the iteration of Reggie who starred in the infamous animation. They are the opponent of Week 1 with their songs "Guys", "Warming Up", and "Best Vibes".
Appearance[]
Reggie is a rat with smooth white fur, he wears an greenish-bluish shirt with long sleeves that he pairs with a grey pleated skirt. He has two big, pointy ears protruding from both sides of his head, where there rests a single tuft of hair that merges into a mullet-like ponytail. He has a long pink, segmented tail, and he lacks shoes. Reggie holds his mic behind his back in his left hand, and reveals it when hitting notes. He also constantly boasts small blush circles, which appear to float next to his cheeks.

- Classic Reggie's updated mod redesign appears to have been scrapped alongside Redgy.
- Classic Reggie's skirt does not appear to be pleated in both his current version and his scrapped mod redesign.
- Unlike Modern Reggie, "Classic Reggie" is the official nickname given to this version of Reggie.
- Despite being named "Classic", this is actually the 3rd mainstream version of Reggie.
- In the mod demo, Part of Classic Reggie's ear is not colored in his left pose. This was fixed in later updates.
Modern Reggie[]
Modern Reggie is the most recent redesign of Reggie created by Whygena, they are also a story continuation of one of the earlier versions of Reggie, Mage Reggie They are the opponent of Week 2 with the songs "First Date" and "Burning Sensation".

Modern Reggie appears similarly to Classic Reggie, notable differences include rounder ears and face shape, 1920's Cartoon-styled eyes, a thicker tail, and longer hair on their head, which both hangs over their left eye and appears to become part of multiple messy ponytails, their hair also clumps up on their joints and chest. They wear a pink dress that is split into 2 segments, both segments have white heart accents that are bordered by lines. He holds the mic in his left hand.

- According to his lore comic, he was once a version of Reggie from a timeline where he was a mage. He unintentionally cursed himself by summoning tentacles way too many times, way too close to him, they eventually started to graft onto his skin and steady dissolve his body, causing him to become a small pink octopus-like mass of tentacles. He was saved and granted control over his form by a large cosmic squid in exchange for his loyalty, and was taken to the Dream Realm to preserve his life, he no longer exists in the "real" world.
- Modern Reggie is a succubus
- Modern Reggie can sprout tentacles from their back. They can act as aphrodisiacs.
- They can, apparently, also be used as makeshift armor by wrapping them around himself like a mummy, allowing Modern Reggie to do feats such as making his arm comically buff to win am arm wrestling match, or wrap them all around himself and make a robot-like exoskeleton.
- They can remove these growths from themselves to create weapons, such as spears. Additionally they are capable of creating clones of themselves made entirely out of tentacles that appear to have reduced brain function.
- Reggie themselves is technically made of their tentacle material, this means it's possible for them to lose a limb and regrow it.
- It is unknown how far this effect extends, and whether or not they would remain concious if their head was severed, or if that is their one weak spot.
- Modern Reggie canonically uses He/Him, She/Her, and They/Them interchangeably
- Modern Reggie can change how sensitive they are to touch, by default they actually have their touch receptors completely off, meaning they don't feel any physical contact from ANYTHING at all.
- If they turn up their touch receptors too high, they quite literally melt just by existing.
- Modern Reggie is incredibly good at making friends.
- Modern Reggie can change their biological gender at will.
- Modern Reggie typically changes their gender to match the one their partner finds the most attractive, however, in the relatively view circumstances where Reggie's partner is a sentient creature that does not understand orientation, Modern Reggie is shown to default to male, seemingly switching to their personal preference instead.
- By default, Modern Reggie is shown to lack genitals.
- It was unknown if this was simply a stylistic choice for their reference sheet, or if it was intentional. It was later revealed to be intentional by Reggie themselves in an art post, where they state that they keep themselves "null" throughout most of the day, and only bring out their secondary sex characteristics when it is necessary.
- Modern Reggie is able to shapeshift into presumably anything, they have used this in the past to become a towering monster, however, they don't typically like using this power for major changes.[CITATION PENDING]
- While Modern Reggie is able to become an eldritch entity and summon tentacles with ease, they are seemingly incapable of keeping a small magical fire from exploding in their hands[CITATION PENDING]
- They is also poor at using most magic in general, as they have stated that the only spell they cast that worked first try was a summoning spell.
- This version of Reggie exists in a realm called the "Dream Realm", it has been a recurring location in some of Whygena's non-NSFW OCs, such as Kris
- The Dream Realm is only accessible to mortals while they are asleep, it is also the only time that Succubi can interact with them.
- When in full succubus form, Modern Reggie's eye color changes to pink pupils with black sclera, they also reveal 2 additional, smaller eyes above each main eye
- Closer inspection reveals that Reggie disguises their additional eyes as eyebrows when not showing their succubus form.
- This also (technically) means that a few of their sprites are drawn incorrectly, as their additional eyes disappear in their up and down poses.

- According to the notebook, Succubuses steal Life Energy from others during intercourse. It is the main way for them to obtain Life Energy.
- Life Energy is the source of mortal life. It is present in every soul. You cannot run out.
- However, Life Energy can also be generated through other methods, such as study and meditation, it does not need to be stolen
- Leftover Life Energy can be used to cast spells, this is how Reggie powers their shapeshifting abilities as well as their aphrodisiac tentacles
- Succubi are formed from souls that are still attached to mortal desires. The exact meaning of this line is unknown, and has not been explained as of the time of writing.
- Succubi can range appearances wildly, from the stereotypical demon-like appearance, to a mass of tentacles, to, well, Reggie.
- Most Succubi are corrupted morally, according to Modern Reggie they brag about how much Life Energy they've stolen from "prey". Modern Reggie is one of the few who are not like this, they prefer to let their partners know about what they are beforehand, and how it will affect them. Additionally, they will sometimes share Life Energy with others.
- According to the notebook, Succubuses steal Life Energy from others during intercourse. It is the main way for them to obtain Life Energy.
- It's unhealthy to have too much Life Energy absorbed by a Succubus, although the consequences are not directly stated, it's implied that they would be harmful to the victim.
- This paints a rather dark picture of the Succubus race when it is combined with the fact that Succubuses view mortals as prey.
- The correct species term for Modern Reggie would be a "Procubus", the gender-neutral variant of Succubus. Whygena is aware of this, but still labels them as a "Succubus".
- In real life, Modern Reggie's robe was designed for the sole purpose of accentuating their tentacles.
- Prior to the Week 2 Update, Modern Reggie shared icons with Classic Reggie.
- Some of Modern Reggie's features, such as his 2 pairs of eyes and tentacles, as well as having a "normal" form and a "powered up" form, were inspired by Raven from the original Teen Titans Series.[CITATION PENDING]

Redgy[]
Redge (formerlly Redgy) is a scrapped character for Femboy Night Funkin'. They are an evil clone and totally real no fake completely original OC created by Whygena. Whatever Modern Reggie does, Redge can do it in a cooler and badassier way. Redge may have been planned for a song at one point, they were scrapped, however
Appearance[]
Redge's appearance in the mod uses their older design, their body shape is almost identical to Modern Reggie's, the most notable difference is Redge's color scheme, his fur is black, the inner parts of his ears are a lightish neon green, and he has a streak of purple hair. A single sharp tooth also juts out the side of his mouth. He wears fingerless gloves, and like Modern Reggie, he has a robe, although his is black and appears more tattered and cut than Modern Reggie's. He also has black tentacles protruding from his back almost constantly. Redge lacks a tail in this design.

- Redgy was originally created as a joke when Whygena made an "edgy color pallet" for Reggie.
- Redge was formed from an old cursed mirror, those who stare into it end up forming a cursed reflection of themselves. The entire goal of these reflections is to torment their creators with their self-hatred and doubts. Reggie accidentally created Redge with the mirror. Despite this, Reggie does not have any self-hatred or doubts, meaning that Redge is essentially powerless in their goal to torment Reggie, instead resorting to attempting to physically hurt Reggie. This also fails because Reggie just keeps flirting with Redge, completely ruining his attempts to be evil.
- Redge is able to do everything that Modern Reggie can do, but waaaaayyyy cooler.
- In every piece of artwork the old Redgy design has been in, his tentacles are always out.
- This has since changed with the new redesign.
- Redge is into death metal and guns, he also doesn't take shit from anybody[CITATION PENDING]
- Considering his role as a cursed reflection that attempts to torment their creator, as well as their darker color pallette and inability to actually do their job well, It would be reasonable to say that Redge is Modern Reggie's equivilant of Badeline from Celeste
- Old Redgy was Modern Reggie's equivilant of Shadow the Hedgehog[CITATION PENDING]
- Emphazising this, Redge's first comic appearance began with him and Modern Reggie reciting the "I found you, faker!" copypasta done by Sonic and Shadow in Sonic Adventure 2.[CITATION PENDING]
- Redge may have green blood, as evidenced by his blush, as well as the color of his tongue.
- Redge's old design strangely lacks a tail in all official artwork, it is unknown if this was an intentional design or choice or if it was simply forgotten.
- The redesign has a tail, implying that it may have been a simple oversight
- Redge's old design is slightly taller than Modern Reggie.
- This continues to be the case for the redesign, even though the two aren't explicitly shown back-to-back, Redge can be seen holding Reggie in place by using his dress as a handhold, implying that he had to pick Reggie up in order to be eyelevel.
- The direction that Redge is facing in the teasers suggests that he would have been a playable character
- Vee has also stated that a cover of Faker may be in the mod, however, it is not part of the current OST playlist showcased on Soundcloud, so it was unknown if it was every planned to be canon.
- Redge's overly-edgy personality and simple recolored design may have been inspired by poorly made "OCs" that claim to be original.
- Whygena doesn't know whether they'll continue to use Redgy in the future considering their status as a character made for shits and giggles.[CITATION PENDING]
- Whygena actually forgot Redge existed for a while, they have since redesigned them.
- Redge isn't unique to Modern Reggie's era, in the past, there has been an unnamed evil clone of Classic Reggie. They appeared identically to Classic Reggie, with the exception of their color scheme, their fur was black, their eyes were purple, and their inner ears/tongue/tail were light blue instead. They've only made one known appearance.

- Prior to the Week 2 Update, Modern Reggie's spritesheet, as well as the character themself, was a hidden file in the game's code. This marks the second character to have their spritesheet completely hidden, the first being Updike.
- A specific Whygena Q&A implies that all versions of Reggie exist in their own individual alternate realities. Newer designs of Reggie have been seen interacting with Classic Reggie in the past, supporting this idea. This has not been officially confirmed yet.
- Reggie's very first design was unnamed and looked less cartoonish compared to his current form, lacking notable qualities seen in Reggie, such as prominent eyelashes and long hair. They were also referred to as simply "a gay mouse".
- More recent designs of Reggie depict him as an eldritch entity, this is because Whygena went through a phase where they made horror-based content. While working on a comic, they had an idea that involved turning Reggie into a monster for the sake of the comic storyline, they indulged in it as a joke. Modern Reggie was formed from the idea combination of Classic Reggie and Monster Reggie, another version of Reggie not featured in the mod, who appears similarly to a cryptid.
- Whygena has acknowledged the existence of the mod, stating that "I'm excited to see the corruption of the FnF modding scene"[9].
- Reggie's first song, "Guys" was originally named "Welcome" Pre-release, it was most likely changed due to it's similarity to Vs. Mouse's first song
- Additionally, "Best Vibes" was originally intended to be named "Thirsty". It was changed before the mod released.
- MindOfSentell is also working on a Reggie the Rat mod with the same name as this one. They are completely seperate mods. Sentell will be allowed to keep the name because they came up with it on April 7th, almost a week before Vee announced this mod's name change[10]
